floating to other nearby locations and working alternating

- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services
- Administer vaccine injections
- Assess patients during intake
- Take vital signs
- Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG, Retinopathy
screening
- Perform Point of care testing (including COVID testing)
- Perform patient registration and intake, assist with wait room
management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient
experience.
- Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient
experience
- Help meet our mission to help people on their path to better

activitiesRequired Qualifications
- Experience with documentation of care, medication
administration, infection control precautions, assessing patient
educational needs, physical assessment, obtaining vital signs,
performing point of care testing and care coordination. -Preferred
Qualifications
- Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred. - If
not experienced, must successfully complete internal phlebotomy
training.
- Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency
Room.
- Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record
(EMR) system such as Epic. -Licensure/Certifications
- Full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical
or Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse in a State, Territory or
Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.Education
- Graduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing, or
Registered Nursing, approved by the State Agency and/or accredited
by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC))
at the time the program was completed by the applicant.Pay RangeThe
typical pay range for this role is:$24.64 - $53.53This pay range
represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for
all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
-The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors
including experience, education, geography and other relevant
factors. -This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus,
commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base
