Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Response Specialist (Remote)
to support prospective student outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential students through phone calls and chat to
evaluate their eligibility for enrollment
Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes using CRM
systems
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and
concerns promptly
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
of education and work experience
Flexible and adaptable, willing to work weekends and evenings as
required
Preferred: 1+ years in high-volume call center, customer, or sales
experience
Preferred: Experience with multi-line and predictive auto-dialer
systems
