The pay range is $125,600.00 - $226,100.00Pay is based on
several factors which vary based on position. These include labor
markets and in some instances may include education, work
experience, and certifications. In addition to your pay, Target

cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and enterprise
partners to bring strategic objectives that come to life across a
marketing mix and guest experience touchpoints. Your commitment to
partnership and collaboration will rally internal and external
partners across functions to ensure alignment and progress towards
common outcomes.As a Director Guest Marketing Strategy Apparel &
Accessories, you will lead a team of Marketers, leverage your
strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to
build our brand and drive the Apparel & Accessories business. You
will deliver annual and quarterly guest marketing strategies
alongside monthly & weekly plans & investments that deliver
